Terms Of Use
The Terms of Use are primarily designed to protect our members and to help maintain a safe and fun environment on It's Just Looks.

Membership:
    a free membership is available and allows you to...
        - upload a before photo and after photo
        - give and receive ratings
        - offer and receive advice
        - offer and receive compliments
        - ask a friend for rating and/or advice
        - interact with members through our messaging system.
    an upgraded membership is available and allows you to do everything the free membership offers plus:
        - see who has given you ratings, advice, compliments and judements
    any violation of the terms of use will result in the termination of your membership.
    your contact information is not shared unless you choose to share it in a message through our messaging system.

Photos:
    before and after photos can be uploaded if they are 55k or less.
    cannot be harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar or obscene.
    only one person in the photo.
    must be of you.
    must be fully clothed.
    cannot be under any copyright law.
    cannot be used as advertisement and/or contact information.

Giving Advice:
    be honest and have fun.
    take the time to offer real/helpful advice.
    have fun ;)

Messaging:
    can be used to share information to connect with others.
    cannot be harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar or obscene.
    cannot be used for advertisement, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
